1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Customized or final sale items are not eligible for return
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos attached. We will send a replacement or process a full refund, including shipping if applicable.
